Job Description:

The AOM Clerk will provide administrative support to the team, helping ensure that the department operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Health:

    • Follow all health and safety practices to ensure a controlled, safe work environment.
    • Promote good housekeeping to maintain safety and compliance.
  • Administration:

    • Manage general office tasks, including diary management and order processing.
    • Enter SAP Work Order (WO) feedback according to business guidelines.
    • Record minutes during section meetings.
    • Track and manage time-related documents, including timesheets.
    • Issue incentive vouchers to employees upon safety goal achievement.
  • Document Control:

    • Handle documentation in accordance with company policies and within specified time frames.
    • Organize and file documents following document control requirements.
  • Assistance:

    • Provide support to meet functional objectives based on individual competence and supervisor’s instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Required Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 Certificate or N3 Technical qualification.
    • SA Drivers License (Code B).
  • Experience:

    • 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and regulations.
    • Understanding of vehicle and equipment components for proper maintenance.
    • Ability to interpret detailed component drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
    • Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, and SORD systems for effective document management.
