We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage a team of Agents, ensuring that service delivery meets client expectations and contractual obligations. This role is perfect for someone with experience in call centers and team leadership, looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities

People Management:
- Coach the team to ensure high-quality delivery standards are met.
- Measure and manage team performance, addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Communication and Feedback:
- Conduct team briefs as scheduled, ensuring alignment with the weekly focus agenda.
- Provide regular feedback to Agents and implement action plans.
- Ensure clear communication of business updates and relevant information.

Reporting and Administration:
- Sign off weekly timesheets for Agents.
- Update operational performance files on a weekly basis.
- Compile and send reports as required by the business.
Requirements
- 1 year of Call Centre experience
- 6-12 months of Team Leader/Supervisory experience
- 12 months of sales experience
- Skills in:
- Customer service orientation
- Oral and written communication
- Planning and organizing
- Problem-solving
- Teamwork and coaching
- Technical expertise in call center technology
- Attention to detail
