Job Description:
As a Rewards Manager, you’ll work closely with the De Beers Reward team and Anglo American Reward team to manage and implement the global reward philosophy framework. This role ensures that reward processes align across the business to attract and retain talent effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Global Reward Processes:
- Manage the annual reward cycle, including benchmarking, job evaluation, incentives, and international mobility.
- Collaborate with the Anglo American Reward team to implement key reward processes.
- Support the Global Head of Reward with vendor reviews.

Local Reward Support and Compliance:
- Oversee local reward compliance, including Equal Pay, Gender Pay, and Pay Transparency.
- Provide advice on local incentives, benefits, and vendor reviews.

Reward Systems:
- Work with the HRIS team to resolve reward-related system issues.

Strategy and Communication:
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Reward to align strategic reward decisions.
- Support communication and implementation of reward strategies with People Teams.

Remuneration Committees & ExCo:
- Assist in preparing RemCo papers and summarizing reward matters for the De Beers Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Capability Building:
- Mentor and develop Reward specialists across business units and provide support for line managers and HR teams on reward matters.
Qualifications:

Ideal Fit:
- Extensive experience in reward specializations across multiple countries.
- Strong managerial background with cross-functional HR and international collaboration experience.
- Ability to build relationships at mid-senior levels with emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing complexity, delivering customer-focused solutions in fast-paced environments.

- Knowledge of HRIS systems to support reward processes.
- Strong experience in reward across different regions and countries.
- Pragmatic problem-solving and ability to manage ambiguity professionally.
