About the Role
The HR Administrator will provide comprehensive HR administration support and assist with various HR projects. This role is designed for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional service and are ready to start or advance their career in HR.
Key Responsibilities

General Administration:
- Load employee data related to engagements, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations; ensure timely communication to payroll.
- Update employee information on all HR systems and create new employee profiles.
- Manage employee email accounts and new position numbers.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.

HR System Administration and Support:
- Create and deactivate employee profiles on HR systems.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and ensure all checklist items are completed.
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems with regular checks.
- Provide first-line administrative support to business units, escalating unresolved issues to appropriate channels.

Filing:
- Maintain accurate employee files and ensure easy access to HR documentation.
- Archive termination files according to prescribed standards.

Reporting:
- Compile monthly engagement and termination reports for HR management.
- Distribute performance management reports as required.
- Extract and analyze HR system data, reporting anomalies to HR management.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum matric or equivalent NQF qualification.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- At least 1 year of HR administration and systems experience.
- Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- HR qualification preferred.
