What You’ll Do

• Distribute seasonal and replenishment stock to maximize sales.
• Create location plans for store clustering at the product level.
• Build seasonal and non-seasonal replenishment profiles.
• Provide inputs for visual merchandising’s Seasonal Look.
• Analyze store performance and deliver timely insights for smart decisions.
• Ensure new stores are stocked per plan.
• Support stores with stock-related queries.

What You Need

• Essential: 2-3 years of store planning experience in clothing retail.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Store management.
  • Logistics and supply chain exposure.
  • Planning systems (e.g., Location Planning, JDA Allocation, Just Enough).
  • Outerwear knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (advanced Excel a plus).
• Qualifications:
  • Essential: Grade 12/Matric.
  • Preferred: National Diploma or Degree in Business/Retail Management, Accounting, or Finance.
