The role is designed to deliver exceptional customer service through effective stock replenishment, merchandising, housekeeping, and efficient transaction processing at the till points. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a great shopping experience.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are beneficial).
- Tenacious, target-driven, and highly motivated with high energy levels.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Assist customers in finding products and addressing any queries or complaints.
- Provide excellent service to create a positive shopping experience.

Cashier Duties:
- Process cash and card payments, Lay Bys, and customer refunds.
- Report discrepancies and ensure till balancing at the end of shifts.

Merchandising:
- Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed for customer accessibility.
- Ensure the availability of stock on the sales floor.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and stay updated on current promotions.

Risk Management:
- Ensure all products are tagged according to company policies.
- Participate in stock takes and report suspicious activity to management to prevent shoplifting or fraud.
