Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized experience for all customers.
• Sales & Team Motivation: Drive sales and turnover by motivating and inspiring team members to meet sales targets.
• Store Presentation: Ensure visual merchandising standards to create an attractive store environment.
• Sales Floor Management: Maintain a clean, neat, and fully replenished sales floor.
• Stock Management: Effectively manage stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and ensure all products are correctly priced with relevant price stickers and/or signage.
• Stock Takes & Reports: Check stock take and cycle count variance reports, investigate variances, and escalate stock shortages or imbalances to the Area Manager.
• Point of Sale & Procedures: Ensure adherence to point of sale and banking procedures, raising concerns to the Area Manager when necessary.
• Operational Activities: Execute all operational tasks within the store in line with company policies.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for cosmetics, retail, and customer service.
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and hands-on attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational needs.
• Basic proficiency with email and Excel.
• Ability to remain calm and pleasant in pressurised situations.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and promoting products.
• Ability to create buzz in the store to motivate customers to return.
