About the Role
TFG is offering an exciting YES Internship opportunity for a motivated graduate to gain hands-on experience in payroll operations. This role will provide valuable exposure to payroll processes, employee support, compliance, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Employee Support: Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues.
✔ HR Collaboration: Work with HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
✔ Data Monitoring: Track employee attendance, hours worked, and payroll records.
✔ Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to BCEA (Basic Conditions of Employment Act) and other payroll regulations.
✔ Confidentiality: Maintain strict privacy of payroll data and employee information.
✔ Legislation Awareness: Stay updated on payroll laws, sectoral determinations, and company policies.
✔ General Admin: Perform payroll and administrative support tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ No prior experience required—perfect for recent graduates!
