Technician – Cedar Road Fourways
Location: Cedar Road, Fourways, South Africa

Position Purpose
To prepare and analyse specimens and maintain instruments in the Histology laboratory.
Requirements
- Certificate: Medical Technician
- HPCSA Registration in the relevant register and practice field
Required Experience
- Experience in a pathology laboratory environment
- Knowledge of Meditech system
- Knowledge of Ampath Safety, Health, and Environment management policy
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the laboratory to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath
- Perform general laboratory tasks to ensure the effective functioning of the laboratory
- Receive and process specimens to ensure effective and efficient specimen flow in the laboratory
