About the Role
Totalsports is looking for a Store Manager to lead their team in Hazyview. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing expenses, controlling stock losses, and leading a high-performance team. Key Responsibilities
✅ Sales & Turnover:
- Drive store sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Implement strategies to boost revenue and performance.
✅ Stock & Loss Prevention:
- Manage stock levels and ensure shrinkage remains within company standards.
- Monitor inventory and take action to reduce losses.
✅ People Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
- Manage performance, ensuring employees meet their targets.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
✅ Customer Service & Merchandising:
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service.
- Execute the in-store merchandising strategy and maintain brand standards.
✅ Operational Management:
- Control expenses and ensure operational efficiency.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Matric certificate (Grade 12) required.
✔ Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
