About the Role

Totalsports is looking for a Store Manager to lead their team in Hazyview. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing expenses, controlling stock losses, and leading a high-performance team. If you’re passionate about sports, fitness, and delivering excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Turnover:

  • Drive store sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Implement strategies to boost revenue and performance.

Stock & Loss Prevention:

  • Manage stock levels and ensure shrinkage remains within company standards.
  • Monitor inventory and take action to reduce losses.

People Management:

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
  • Manage performance, ensuring employees meet their targets.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Service & Merchandising:

  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service.
  • Execute the in-store merchandising strategy and maintain brand standards.

Operational Management:

  • Control expenses and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

Matric certificate (Grade 12) required.
Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
