Key Responsibilities
✅ Customer Engagement & Sales:
- Be an ambassador for Totalsports, ensuring customers receive top-notch service.
- Identify customer needs and offer the best solutions to exceed expectations.
- Actively track sales performance against targets.
- Stay updated on the latest sports, fashion, and décor trends.
- Proactively search for new sales opportunities.
✅ Stock & Store Operations:
- Assist in replenishing stock to keep the store ready for customers at all times.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Support store operations to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Matric certificate (Grade 12) required.
