Job Description
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly, timely, and knowledgeable manner. You will assist customers in selecting products and help them make informed purchasing decisions. This role will also require you to be flexible and adaptable, with the potential for transferability between stores.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and maximize sales potential.
- Provide detailed product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Meet monthly, bi-annual, and annual sales targets.
- Develop sales action plans to target specific goals.

Customer Service:
- Offer excellent customer service by determining needs, recommending products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the best customer service.

Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about current and new product offerings.
- Maintain clean and organized product presentation areas.

Administration:
- Prepare paperwork for activating and maintaining contract services.
- Analyze sales reports and create sales action plans.

Personal Development:
- Demonstrate self-control and positive thinking in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritize daily tasks and take on additional responsibilities when needed.
- Work on skill development and share knowledge with others.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to transfer between stores as required.
