Job Description
The GRN Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate and complete recording of all goods received from suppliers. The role includes verifying the correctness of received stock, matching delivery notes to order forms, and processing goods receipt notes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving Stock: Ensure stock is received correctly and on time.
- Matching Delivery Notes: Compare delivery notes to order forms.
- Checking Goods Received: Verify the correctness of goods received.
- Process Goods Receipt Notes: Record and process all receipts.
- Investigate Discrepancies: Address any discrepancies between delivered goods and orders.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks related to stock receipt and processing.
Job Requirements
- Grade 12 (essential)
- 1 year’s relevant work experience
- Basic computer skills
