About the Role
Totalsports is looking for a Floor Manager to support the store management team in leading a dynamic retail team. This role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and operational efficiency to drive sales, improve customer experience, and ensure the store runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Team Leadership & Store Operations:
- Support the store management team in leading and motivating employees.
- Ensure the store operates with a customer-centric approach.
- Foster a culture of high performance, motivation, and accountability.
✅ Sales & KPI Management:
- Monitor and drive performance through store KPI targets (turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals, etc.).
- Implement and manage strategic sales planning to optimize results.
✅ Customer Experience & Merchandising:
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
- Assist with merchandising and visual presentation to enhance store appeal.
✅ Operational Execution & Efficiency:
- Allocate time efficiently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize store needs.
- Implement strategies to streamline store operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Matric certificate (Grade 12) required.
✔ Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
