Job Description
As a Clerk Buyer, you will support the purchasing department by assisting with the procurement of goods, services, and materials needed for business operations. You will ensure smooth purchasing processes, managing the administrative tasks related to buying, stock levels, and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Orders:
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders according to company needs.
- Ensure that all purchase orders are issued on time and accurately reflect specifications.

Supplier Communication:
- Maintain communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Resolve issues related to pricing, delivery, or product quality.

Documentation and Records:
- Organize and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

Market Research:
- Assist in market research to find the best prices for required goods and services.
- Evaluate product options to ensure they meet specifications and standards.

Supplier Evaluation:
- Assist in evaluating suppliers based on performance and reliability.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.

Coordination with Other Departments:
- Support other departments by ensuring timely procurement of necessary materials.
- Work with logistics to ensure smooth delivery from suppliers to the company.
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree
- 1-2 years of retail experience
- Proficiency in SAP, BW, MS Outlook, MS Word
- Good Excel skills
