Administrator: VAS Operations (3-Month Contract)

About the Role
TFG is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to support Value-Added Services (VAS) Operations. This role focuses on third-party management, kiosk support, general admin, and compliance tasks. If you have strong administrative experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Third-Party Administration
- Upload and manage employee codes, ensuring proper tracking until codes are received.
- Process terminations and transfers until resolution.
- Handle IT and MyAccess issues related to employee codes.
- Maintain engagement with HR and MyAccess teams.
- Manage and update the third-party credit register.
- Oversee Blueprint management.
2. TymeBank Kiosk Support
- Engage with facilities teams for kiosk relocations.
- Assist with kiosk queries.
- Communicate with VAS area managers regarding closures and revamps.
3. General Admin & Compliance
- Process incentives.
- Weekly monitoring of calls logged with facilities.
- Address stock and cash queries from stores.
- Handle supplier stock queries.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Matric (Grade 12) required.
✔ 3+ years of administration experience.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint).
