The VKB Group, an agricultural leader that supports farmers and produces high-quality food, is looking for a Retail Branch Admin Assistant for its GWK Retail division in Upington. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to administrative functions in the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support – Manage internal administration tasks and maintain high standards.
Audit Assistance – Support the audit process with relevant documentation.
Financial Management – Oversee bank and petty cash handling, process stock claims, and manage invoices.
Documentation & Filing – Ensure proper filing of documents and compliance with company standards.
Client Service – Provide administrative support and maintain good client relations.
Risk Management – Minimize risks to the organization through precise administrative tasks.

Requirements

Grade 12 or NQF4
Experience in the Agriculture Industry (preferred but not essential)
Numerate and Computer Literate (MS Word & MS Excel)
Attention to Detail – Thorough, precise, and accurate in all tasks.
