Key Responsibilities
✔ Service & Repair – Service, repair, and overhaul mechanical parts of agricultural equipment and vehicles.
✔ Quotation Compilation – Create quotations based on customer needs and specifications.
✔ Customer Relationships – Build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
✔ Documentation – Complete all work sheets and guarantee claims according to VKB’s policies.
✔ Health & Safety – Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety standards.
✔ Mentorship & Training – Mentor and train relevant personnel on VKB’s procedures and policies.
✔ Cross-Marketing – Promote relevant products and services.
✔ Liaison – Maintain communication with internal departments, suppliers, and clients.
Requirements
✔ Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
✔ N2 – Tractor Mechanic Certification
✔ 3-5 Years of Mechanic Experience
✔ Clear Criminal Record
✔ Attention to Detail – Thorough, precise, and accurate in all work performed.
✔ Teamwork – Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
