Key Responsibilities
✔ Refueling Company Vehicles – Safely refuel vehicles in accordance with company procedures.
✔ Fuel Tank Monitoring – Record dipstick readings for fuel tanks and ensure proper fuel management.
✔ Record Keeping – Accurately document daily fuel fill-ups for each vehicle.
✔ Fuel Slips – Print and have drivers sign electronic fuel slips.
✔ Yard & Vehicle Cleaning – Assist with cleaning the yard, trucks, and other equipment.
✔ Reporting & Observations – Report any issues observed during fueling or cleaning to the Supervisor.
✔ Housekeeping Standards – Ensure a neat and tidy work environment, cleaning papers, pallets, and boards.
✔ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – Wear PPE at all times and comply with safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Qualifications:
- Matric/Grade 12
✔ Experience: - Preferably previous work experience as a fuel attendant
- Knowledge of fuel management and fuel handling procedures
✔ Skills & Competencies: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow routines
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong sense of accountability and compliance
- Action-oriented and business acumen
