Key Responsibilities
✔ Operating of Processes – Ensure syrups and flavors are processed according to specific recipes to meet production requirements.
✔ Level 1 Maintenance – Perform basic maintenance on equipment.
✔ Cleaning in Process – Ensure cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
✔ Fault Diagnosis & Repair – Conduct root cause analysis (5Y) and fix faults in production processes.
✔ Housekeeping (5S) – Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
✔ Health, Safety, and Quality Compliance – Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ Experience: - 6 months’ syrup manufacturing experience
- 1 year experience in the FMCG industry
✔ Technical Skills: - Basic fault finding skills (low level)
