Key Responsibilities
✔ Invoice Processing & Data Capturing – Match invoices with system orders, ensuring correct VAT classification, cost centers, and ledger allocations, and ensure timely capturing of invoices in the correct month.
✔ Creditors Transactions & Reconciliation – Capture supplier payments, reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and submit reconciliations for approval.
✔ Supplier Liaison & Query Resolution – Communicate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and account errors, escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
✔ Record-Keeping & Compliance – Maintain organized financial records, ensuring compliance with audit and quality management systems.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ Experience: - Minimum of 1 year experience in creditors/accounts payable.
