Grain Field Chickens, a subsidiary of VKB Agriculture (PTY) Ltd, is seeking a Creditors Assistant to join its team in Reitz. This position offers the chance to build a career in a dynamic, professional environment within the agriculture industry.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Invoice & Payment Processing – Verify invoices, ensure timely payment of creditors, and process accounts payable transactions.
✔ Reconciliation – Complete monthly reconciliations of creditors’ accounts and maintain accurate records.
✔ Documentation & Reporting – Manage supplier documentation and complete specific creditors reports.
✔ Communication – Follow up on missing documents, address supplier queries, and ensure accurate communication.
✔ Supplier Management – Maintain updated supplier files and ensure payment authorization as per company procedures.
Requirements
✔ Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Equivalent
✔ National Diploma/Advanced Certificate (Preferred)
✔ 3+ Years of Proven Experience in Creditors Management
✔ Financial Skills – Processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
✔ Financial Systems Knowledge – Familiarity with Sage, Accpac 300, and Navision.
✔ Computer Literacy – Proficient in Microsoft Office.
✔ Willingness to Work Overtime – As required.
