Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and sales-driven individual to join our East London branch as a Counter Salesman (Retail). If you are passionate about tools and machinery, and eager to learn and grow, this is an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Achieve strategic growth goals through effective sales tactics.
- Customer Care: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction.
- Branch Procedures: Follow all branch-specific procedures and ensure smooth operations.
- Promote Sales: Maximize sales through leadership and customer engagement.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Ensure the branch is organized and clean.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously improve product knowledge and keep stock losses minimal.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- 2-3 years experience in a sales/senior sales position within a technical company
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Technical aptitude and a strong work ethic
Package & Remuneration:
Salary is market-related and negotiable, with added benefits such as a provident fund, depending on current experience levels.
