Key Responsibilities
✔ Financial Reporting – Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
✔ Strategic Insights – Provide financial insights to support decision-making across group companies.
✔ Process Improvement – Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency within the finance function.
✔ Mentorship – Mentor junior team members and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize financial operations.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Qualifications – BCom Accounting or equivalent (SAICA/SAIPA membership is advantageous).
✔ Experience – 3 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting and accounting.
✔ Industry Experience – 1 year in the FMCG industry (advantageous).
✔ Technical Skills – Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
✔ Additional Skills – Experience in process automation and financial modeling is advantageous.
