Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Team Leader to recruit, train, and manage a team of eight insurance representatives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and risk management experience in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit up to eight high-quality insurance representatives in line with business needs.
- Ensure new representatives are adequately trained and equipped for success.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve insurance sales targets.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, LTIA, and other industry regulations.
- Develop and expand new market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to protect the business.
Requirements
✅ Education & Experience:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- FAIS-recognized qualification (required for candidates who entered the industry after 2010).
- At least 3 years of experience in Life Assurance marketing.
- RE5 certificate (mandatory).
- RE1 certification (advantageous).
- Proven success in team management and sales target achievement.

- Clear ITC and criminal record.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Own cell phone for work communication.
