About the Role:
Core Group is expanding its Apple Retail division, and we are looking for dynamic Sales Consultants to join our team at the Mall of Africa. As a part of this vibrant concession store, you will be the face of the Apple brand, engaging with customers to provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest Apple technology and services. Your proactive approach will directly contribute to both customer satisfaction and store performance, as you play a key role in driving sales and creating unforgettable experiences for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showcase the latest Apple products and services, ensuring customers are engaged and well-informed about the technology they are considering.
- Engage proactively with customers, asking insightful questions to understand their needs and preferences, ultimately leading to tailored recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and support for customers.
- Maintain an exceptional level of customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive.
- Strive to exceed store targets, contributing to overall retail performance and ensuring that all operational aspects run efficiently.
What We Require:
- Matric (High School Diploma) as a minimum educational requirement.
- 3+ years of customer-facing retail experience, ideally within electronics or a similar tech-driven environment.
- Managerial experience is advantageous for those interested in a more senior role.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Syspro, and iOS would be a distinct advantage, though not mandatory.
- A solution-oriented mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to customer needs and operational challenges.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding customer service, with a proven history of exceeding sales targets and achieving measurable results.
- A strong understanding of retail operations and stock management, ensuring smooth back-end processes and customer-facing service are in alignment.
