Core Group represents globally renowned brands, and the efficient operation of our warehouse plays a key role in our success. As an Order Management Controller, you will serve as a vital link between our valued customers, the dedicated sales team, and our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing Orders:
- Process customer orders in Syspro, Filemaker & Flowgear according to customer allocations.
- Track shipments for customers with couriers until delivery.
- Manage customer back orders and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle emails through the ticketing system (Freshservices).
- Process daily stock transfers to customers and different locations.

Billing / Financial Services:
- Invoice customers daily on Syspro.
- Ensure all orders are billed daily and escalate issues if they are not billed.

Service & Sales Support:
- Generate daily reports for customer purchase orders and weekly backorders.
- Arrange pick-up requests for customers approved by Business Unit Heads.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Matric certificate.
Experience Required:
- Practical experience in a sales administration role.
- Familiarity with working with different currencies.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.

- Proficiency in Syspro, Flowgear, Filemaker & Freshservices.
