Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Graduate Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at iStore. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to kick-start their career in sales within a supportive and innovative environment. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering unparalleled customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our managed cybersecurity solutions.
- Client Engagement: Schedule meetings with prospective clients and ensure smooth handover to senior team members for in-depth discussions.
- Follow-Up: Maintain contact and build rapport with leads through follow-up calls and emails.
- Technical Knowledge: Develop a basic understanding of our cybersecurity solutions to address client questions and highlight product benefits.
- Key Sale Point Knowledge: Understand product value propositions to assist in sales and handle objections.
- Email Outreach: Send tailored emails to potential clients who may be interested in our offerings.
- CRM/Client Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and a positive client experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Passion for technology, especially Apple products, and a strong interest in sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with specific CRM is a plus).
