About the Role:
iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, offering expert advice, Apple-authorized repairs, business, education, training, and technical support for everything Apple. As a Concierge within iStore, your mission is to discover customers’ needs and ensure they are directed accordingly to receive the most efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and ensure they are directed to the appropriate service area.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Build and develop strong customer relationships to provide the best solutions based on their needs.
- Assist with a positive, seamless customer experience in the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and guide them through the iStore offerings effectively.
What You Need to Have:
- Completed Matric
- Sales or Customer Service experience
- Passionate about Apple products and providing excellent customer service
