Job Overview:
As an iStore Admin Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams, providing supportive feedback, and ensuring that both team members and customers have a valued experience. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the back-of-house operations at iStore run effectively, efficiently, and optimally. You will also work to reduce overall risk to the business by ensuring that all iStore policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.
The role focuses on enhancing operations and reviewing systems and processes on an ongoing basis to align with the best fit for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams and provide constructive feedback to foster a positive environment.
- Ensure the back-of-house operations at iStore are running effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with iStore policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Review and enhance operational systems and processes regularly.
- Reduce risk to the iStore business through effective management and oversight.
- Work on matrix management to ensure cooperation across business functions.
- Drive store targets and results while maintaining a high level of customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous).
- 5+ years of experience in leading teams in a complex, high-turnover retail environment.
- Strong retail operations knowledge and experience.
- Proven matrix management skills to foster cross-functional cooperation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the agility to learn quickly and think strategically.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Proven ability to drive store targets and achieve results.
