Job Summary

Clover is seeking a Shift Leader: Production to oversee processing and packaging operations in the Milk Processing Department. The successful candidate will ensure quality assurance, process efficiency, and staff management, while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma in a relevant field
• 4–6 years of experience in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry
• 4–6 years of experience working with SCADA and Autonomous Machinery
• 2–3 years of experience in supervisory or leadership roles
• Proficiency in Business English (Fluent)
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance & Process Control

• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing and packaging process
• Monitor and control inputs and outputs to maintain product integrity
• Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Maintain high housekeeping (5S) standards

2. Equipment & Production Oversight

• Conduct first-line maintenance and inspections
• Supervise and ensure correct use of equipment
• Oversee processing and packaging operations, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure compliance with Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) procedures

3. Staff Management & Development

• Optimize staff utilization for efficient operations
• Apply consistent discipline and enforce workplace policies
• Train and develop team members to enhance productivity
• Conduct meetings and effective communication with staff
• Provide leadership and mentorship to artisans

4. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

• Establish continuous improvement practices to optimize processes
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and management to align objectives
• Set clear performance objectives and measure subordinates’ performance
