Job Summary
Clover is seeking a Shift Leader: Production to oversee processing and packaging operations in the Milk Processing Department. The successful candidate will ensure quality assurance, process efficiency, and staff management, while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in a relevant field
- 4–6 years of experience in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry
- 4–6 years of experience working with SCADA and Autonomous Machinery
- 2–3 years of experience in supervisory or leadership roles
- Proficiency in Business English (Fluent)
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance & Process Control
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing and packaging process
- Monitor and control inputs and outputs to maintain product integrity
- Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Maintain high housekeeping (5S) standards
2. Equipment & Production Oversight
- Conduct first-line maintenance and inspections
- Supervise and ensure correct use of equipment
- Oversee processing and packaging operations, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure compliance with Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) procedures
3. Staff Management & Development
- Optimize staff utilization for efficient operations
- Apply consistent discipline and enforce workplace policies
- Train and develop team members to enhance productivity
- Conduct meetings and effective communication with staff
- Provide leadership and mentorship to artisans
4. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Establish continuous improvement practices to optimize processes
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and management to align objectives
- Set clear performance objectives and measure subordinates’ performance
