Job Summary

Clover is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Controller to support the Distribution and Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative controls, document management, financial record-keeping, and customer service within their area of responsibility.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or Equivalent NQF4 Qualification
  • Fluent in Business English (written & verbal)
  • Intermediate Computer Literacy (MS Office & admin software)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role in distribution or logistics is advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities

1. General Administrative Support

  • Perform daily administrative tasks within the Distribution & Procurement department
  • Ensure proper filing, storage, and security of documents
  • Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with administrative queries from internal teams

2. Financial & Expense Management

  • Monitor and administer expenses to ensure cost efficiency
  • Maintain financial records and files
  • Issue, code, and authorize purchase orders
  • Reconcile accounts payable and prepare payments

3. Office & Equipment Management

  • Coordinate repair and maintenance of office and IT equipment
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing department needs

4. Event & Travel Coordination

  • Prepare presentations and reports as required
  • Arrange functions, meetings, and special events
  • Handle flight, travel, and accommodation bookings for team members
