Job Overview
Hyundai Kempton Park is looking for a Stock Controller to oversee and process vehicle stock transactions efficiently and accurately. The role involves inventory management, reporting, and administrative control to ensure smooth dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management & Transactions
✔️ Process vehicle stock transactions as per standard operating procedures.
✔️ Ensure accurate stock control and proper documentation.
✔️ Manage stock-keeping systems and maintain stock location records.
✔️ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including sales managers, suppliers, and trade representatives.
Administration & Reporting
✔️ Provide controller support for stock-related queries.
✔️ Ensure timely stock data entry and reconciliation.
✔️ Maintain up-to-date stock records and reports.
Customer & Team Support
✔️ Deliver excellent customer service when handling stock-related inquiries.
✔️ Support accounting and dealership teams with stock-related reports.
✔️ Collaborate with sales and service departments to optimize stock availability.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ 2-3 years’ experience as a Stock Controller in the motor industry.
✅ Experience with Autoline systems (preferred).
Skills & Attributes
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
✔️ Well-developed people management and teamwork skills.
✔️ Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM).
✔️ High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
