Job Overview
Hyundai Boksburg is looking for a Sales Manager – Used Vehicles to oversee and drive sales operations for pre-owned vehicles. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven leader with a passion for the automotive industry and a track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Team Leadership
✔️ Manage and monitor sales staff activities to drive performance.
✔️ Provide coaching and training to enhance sales capabilities.
✔️ Set and achieve sales targets for the department.
Stock & Vehicle Management
✔️ Oversee valuation of trade-in vehicles and pricing strategies.
✔️ Manage the Higher Gear and Bid4Cars valuation systems.
✔️ Ensure proper stock control and timely vehicle sales.
✔️ Authorize reconditioning work and manage supplier pricing and workmanship.
Operations & Strategy
✔️ Develop innovative sales strategies to maintain Hyundai Boksburg as a top-performing dealership.
✔️ Manage wholesale car disposals through the trade center.
✔️ Optimize online vehicle sales and digital business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ 2-3 years’ experience in a Sales Manager or similar role.
✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in the motor industry.
