Job Overview
Servest Office Services, a division of Servest Group, is seeking motivated, results-driven sales professionals to join their team as Sales Hunters. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals. Ideal candidates should have sales experience in services industries such as facilities management, contract cleaning, hygiene, and pest control.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
- Tailored Solutions: Conduct needs assessments and present customized solutions to clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with prospects.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
✅ Matric / Grade 12.
✅ Sales and Marketing qualification or relevant field.
✅ 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Hygiene / Cleaning sector.
✅ Proven track record of success in sales hunting and deal closures.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
✅ Solid business acumen and industry knowledge.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
