Job Overview
The Claims Assessor – Pet Authorisations will be responsible for creating and managing content across various digital platforms to build the Oneplan brand. This includes strategizing and executing content for social media, blogs, SEO, and internal communications, as well as collaborating with marketing, design, and PPC teams to achieve brand-building and lead-generation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Creation
✔️ Develop day-to-day content aligned with Oneplan’s organic content strategy for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and the Oneplan website.
✔️ Execute content concepts to improve engagement, shareability, and contribute to the leads funnel.
✔️ Optimize content to align with brand messaging, ensuring growth in followers and overall digital footprint.
✔️ Monitor and track content creative, copy, and performance across platforms.
✔️ Write regular blogs, optimise for SEO, and contribute to the strategic content calendar.
✔️ Assist in creating content for brand ambassador campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis
✔️ Provide weekly reports on engagement, reach, and content performance.
✔️ Track and analyse the impact of organic content strategies, proposing new tactics for improvement.
✔️ Assess the performance of ad campaigns and generate new strategies based on previous results.
SEO & Blog Management
✔️ Research, plan, and write weekly blogs for each product, ensuring they are SEO-optimised.
✔️ Monitor and evaluate blog performance, reach, and organic lead generation.
✔️ Grow Oneplan’s SEO footprint, ensuring all content includes dynamic keywords.
PR & Editorials
✔️ Seek editorial opportunities with news outlets like News24, IOL, MyBroadband to boost company PR.
✔️ Collaborate with PR representatives and assist with content for advertorial campaigns.
Communication & Content Development
✔️ Develop and manage the internal communication calendar, including monthly newsletters and announcements.
✔️ Write content for annual price increases, product launches, and special client communications.
✔️ Create emailers and remarketing funnels to generate leads and engage clients.
✔️ Proofread, ensure alignment with brand tone, and maintain brand language consistency.
Collaboration & Self-Management
✔️ Foster a culture of collaboration, overcoming barriers to information sharing.
✔️ Work closely with teams to develop joint solutions for content creation.
✔️ Manage tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring quality and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
✅ Post-graduate qualification in marketing or digital marketing (preferred).
✅ Proven experience in strategic content creation.
✅ Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
✅ Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines.
