Job Overview
Isuzu Zambezi is looking for an Administrator: Creditors to handle invoice processing, payment allocations, and supplier management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in accounts payable within the motor industry.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice & Payment Processing
✔️ Capture authorized invoices accurately and process payments on time.
✔️ Allocate expenses to the correct General Ledger (GL) accounts.
✔️ Print proof of payments and match open items in the order system.
Supplier & Creditors Management
✔️ Handle supplier queries professionally and efficiently.
✔️ Perform creditors’ reconciliations against statements.
✔️ Ensure timeous preparation of creditor payments.
✔️ Maintain an accurate age analysis of outstanding creditors.
✔️ Verify and ensure that orders match correct cost centers before payment.
Administrative Duties
✔️ Keep an up-to-date electronic and manual supplier filing system.
✔️ Ensure vendor documents and applications are relevant and updated.
✔️ Liaise with branch managers for payment authorizations.
✔️ Ensure all refunds are authorized and processed promptly.
✔️ Handle intercompany creditor accounts efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Matric (Grade 12) – Essential.
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk in the Motor Industry.
✅ Experience with Evolve (in-house system) – Advantageous.
