Job Description
A leading automotive dealership, Lindsay Saker Audi, is seeking a Service Advisor Administrator to provide prompt and professional customer service related to vehicle repairs and servicing. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between technicians and customers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
✔️ Act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians.
✔️ Provide accurate and clear service explanations to customers.
✔️ Address customer concerns and complaints professionally.
✔️ Maintain regular contact with customers regarding service updates.
✔️ Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty to ensure repeat business.
✔️ Offer advice and recommendations to enhance customer experience.
Administration & Documentation
✔️ Process service sheets, invoices, job cards, and warranty claims.
✔️ Maintain an accurate customer database with updated contact details.
✔️ Ensure that all customer service information is recorded verbatim.
✔️ Assist the dealership in achieving industry-standard service processes.
Operational Efficiency
✔️ Collaborate with internal and external partners to expedite service.
✔️ Take initiative to exceed customer expectations, even in challenging situations.
✔️ Maintain contact with customers about potential service concerns or additional repairs.
✔️ Ensure customer complaints are effectively managed via dealer systems.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Education: Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
✅ Experience: 2-3 years in the automotive service industry
✅ Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
✅ OEM Knowledge: Familiarity with OEM Group South Africa products and procedures
✅ Numeracy Skills: Basic mathematical proficiency
