Job Description

TWK Agri is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their Corporate Services Division in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. This role will focus on creating marketing materials, digital and print assets, and maintaining the company’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials, signage, vehicle branding, pamphlets, booklets, and brochures.
• Plan and create annual stationery, long-service certificates, and employee-of-the-year gift vouchers.
• Assist with content creation for the Radius magazine, newsletters, and other departmental graphics (both static and motion).
• Write, schedule, and post engaging social media content, while monitoring and responding to interactions.
• Track and analyse social media performance to improve engagement.
• Maintain and update the company website.
• Collaborate with various departments on social media campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and social media marketing.
• Experience with digital and print media design.
• Familiarity with corporate branding and creating promotional materials.
• Experience with social media management and content planning.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Website maintenance experience (WordPress or similar CMS).
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent visual communication and branding skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
