Key Responsibilities
As an Innovation & Technology Graduate, you will work under supervision to develop core skills in areas such as:
- Enterprise Architecture: Utilize and recommend improvements to the Enterprise Framework and Methodology.
- Process Analysis & Design: Analyze and design efficient business processes.
- Data Analysis & Automation: Identify areas for automation and process improvements.
- Project Management: Develop processes and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Use data modeling and continuous improvement practices to analyze and optimize systems.
- Innovation & Research: Support digital platform initiatives, drive innovation practices, and conduct industry research to improve group operations.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Foster collaboration across departments and produce reports for management and external audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Business Analysis, System Development, or Process Modelling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise architecture tools
- First-time participant in an Internship/Graduate Program
- Code 8 Driver’s License and own vehicle
- Clear Criminal Record and medically fit
