Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and upsell short-term insurance Value-Added and Ancillary Products (VAPS).
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Accurately capture and activate VAPS sales in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate sales records.

- Strong negotiation and sales skills – ability to close high-value deals.
- Highly target-driven with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – fluent and professional.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Works well both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to strategically manage time.
- Customer-focused approach with a keen attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
- Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
- FAIS Credits – Full Qualification (Essential)
- RE 5 Qualification – Mandatory
- Class of Business (COB) Certificate – Essential or Advantageous
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Certificate – Essential or Advantageous
- Degree – Advantageous
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years of call centre sales experience in short-term insurance (VAPS) – Essential
