Introduction

The Retail Business Consultant will be integral in building lasting partnerships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to grow both Momentum’s footprint and the IFA’s business.
Role Purpose
The Retail Business Consultant is responsible for promoting Momentum solutions to IFAs, helping them meet sales targets and establishing long-term relationships with key partners.
Requirements
- Qualifications: 3-year tertiary qualification or willingness to study towards a degree.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant sales and communication experience; experience with Momentum products is an advantage.
- Additional: Valid driver’s license and access to a car for travel. Willingness to work on a commission-based structure with high performance-based pay.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Engagement: Proactively engage with IFAs to understand their needs, address queries, and promote Momentum’s solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with IFAs, helping them increase their sales and business.
- Visibility: Visit IFAs regularly, providing support and promoting Momentum products to boost engagement.
- Education and Empowerment: Share industry insights and best practices, helping IFAs improve their financial planning and client outcomes.
- Innovation and Coaching: Keep IFAs informed about regulatory changes, new products, and best practices in the financial services industry.
- Business Growth: Contribute to the growth and retention of IFA businesses by supporting their strategies and goals.
