Role Purpose
Momentum Distribution Services is seeking a passionate Corporate Health and Employee Benefits Intern to provide operational support in the growing field of corporate health. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced corporate health specialists and employee benefits consultants, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and exposure to the corporate health support function.
Minimum Requirements
- Business Management, Marketing, or finance-related NQF 7 qualification (preferred)
- BCom or BCom Honours degree (preferred)
- Strong interest in the financial services industry and corporate health
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Administration
- Develop an in-depth understanding of corporate health and employee benefits.
- Gain exposure to the Independent Financial Advisor market and Momentum Distribution Services’ relationships.
- Provide operational and administrative support for corporate health programs.
- Process application forms and engage promptly with Financial Advisors and practice staff.
- Log activities, including quotes and advisor engagements, in a timely manner.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to corporate health and employee benefits.
- Support the promotion and communication of corporate health initiatives.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in advisor engagements and presentations to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to improvements in client service and operational efficiency.
Team & Culture Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve corporate health functions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork.
- Contribute to team growth and innovation in the workplace.
