Role Purpose
Momentum Distribution Services is seeking an ambitious Corporate Health and Employee Benefits Intern to provide operational support in the dynamic field of corporate health. You will work closely with corporate health specialists and employee benefits consultants to gain hands-on experience and develop a deeper understanding of this growing sector.
Minimum Requirements
- Business Management, Marketing, or finance-related NQF 7 qualification (preferred)
- BCom or BCom Honours degree (preferred)
- Passion for the financial services industry and corporate health
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Administration
- Gain exposure to corporate health and employee benefits support functions.
- Assist with the administrative tasks of corporate health programs.
- Process application forms and engage with financial advisors and practice staff.
- Help gather and analyze corporate health and employee benefits data.
- Support the communication and promotion of corporate health initiatives.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in advisor engagements and presentations to improve client services.
- Enhance operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvements.
Team & Culture Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the corporate health function.
- Support a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork.
- Contribute to the development of internal resources and tools.
