Role Purpose
Momentum Distribution Services is seeking a detail-oriented Agreements Support Administrator to provide administrative assistance and operational coordination. This role supports Financial Advisers and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, record management, and compliance with industry regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
- Office/Business Administration Qualification (NQF 7 / Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- 1-2 years’ experience in the financial services industry (Essential)
- Experience with data capturing (Advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with internal MMI systems & processes (Advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Administration
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of sales roles within the distribution channel.
- Handle incoming queries and direct them accordingly to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts and records to ensure compliance.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate filing systems.
- Ensure intermediary client books are transferred according to regulations.
- Organize internal correspondence and manage electronic mail systems efficiently.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide expert advice and support to Financial Advisers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency.
