Job Purpose
The Sales Rep (Internal) will manage customer service and sales, ensure accurate sales administration and reporting, and build strong relationships with customers. The role involves setting and meeting sales goals and objectives while promoting the company’s values and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales: Handle customer inquiries, process sales, and ensure a high level of service.
- Sales Administration: Maintain accurate sales administration and reporting.
- Sales Goals: Set, track, and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Education/Training
- Grade 12
Experience
- 3 years of sales experience in the building or construction environment.
