Job Purpose
The Forecourt Supervisor will manage administrative processes and ensure smooth operations on the forecourt and at the kiosk. This role includes stock management, customer service, compliance with health and safety regulations, and monitoring performance to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, oversee stock-taking, cycle counting, and stock rotation, ensure proper placement, and manage expiration dates.
- Sales Target Achievement: Ensure sales targets for the kiosk and forecourt are met according to marketing plans and budgets.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain customer relationships, address customer queries, and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Budget Management: Report on budget vs actual expenses and manage costs effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards as per company policies and legal requirements.
- Employee Management: Monitor employee performance, conduct training, and ensure fair disciplinary action is taken where necessary.
Requirements
Education/Training
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant forecourt experience
- Management or Team Lead experience is advantageous

- Knowledge of POS and ERP Systems
