Servest Security and Technology is looking for highly trained Tactical Security Officers (Grade B – NKP) to join our team in Secunda, Mpumalanga. If you have strong tactical security experience and a passion for the security industry, apply today!
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct high-risk security operations in accordance with NKP regulations.
✔ Perform armed response duties using handguns, shotguns, and rifles.
✔ Provide VIP and high-value asset escort services.
✔ Enforce crowd control measures when required.
✔ Conduct security checks and patrols within designated areas.
✔ Ensure strict compliance with security protocols and safety procedures.
✔ Respond to emergency situations and handle security threats effectively.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Skills
✔ Matric (Grade 12) – Required
✔ Valid Grade B PSIRA certificate (or higher)
✔ Completed NKP (National Key Point) qualification
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Firearm competency (Business Purpose: Handgun, Shotgun, Rifle)
✔ Regulation 21 Business Purpose Certification (Handgun, Shotgun, Rifle)
✔ Formal Crowd Control Training
✔ Armed Response Service Experience
✔ Must pass a pre-employment Polygraph Test
✔ Good written and spoken English communication skills
Advantageous Skills & Experience
✔ Defensive Driving Certification
✔ Computer Literacy
✔ Underground Mining Security Experience
Location Requirement
✔ Must reside in Secunda or surrounding areas
