✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

✔ Proven track record in cost estimation, contract negotiation, and budget control.
✔ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and cost estimating tools.
✔ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
✔ Membership in a professional Quantity Surveying Association is an added advantage.
✔ Valid driver’s license is required.
